1-2 teaspoon shrimp paste

2-3 pounds boneless chicken bite size pieces

1 carrot

1 package of tofu

1/3 cup ganglia root

1/2 pound mushrooms

1/2 cabbage

lime juice to taste

2-4 tablespoons fresh cilantro

2 limes

1 head napa cabbage

1 shitaki mushroom

1-2 oyster mushrooms

1/4 cup palm sugar
